Where this comes from

Multiple venues opened in Dubai from a blank lease — dine-in stores and delivery kitchens: site selection, trade licence, municipality and food-control approvals, kitchen build, POS and inventory, hiring, opening week. Then the unglamorous part — weekly counts, monthly closes, aggregator statements, a P&L an owner will actually read.

Alongside that: brand and concept work for other operators, and founding a systems company that automates the back office we run. That daily grind is what Launch, Fix and Run are made of. Nothing on this site is theory.

How we work

• Numbers, not opinions. Every finding is a dirham amount with a cause.
• Read-only by default. We don't touch your POS without written approval.
• Heavily automated behind the scenes — that's how one small team runs several venues' back office at once. But a person who has run a Friday-night service reads every report before you do.
• No software to buy. We work with the POS you already have.
