Run · Monthly Ops

The numbers stay true.
Every month.

A monthly back office for owners who aren't in the store every day: reconciliation, master data, price movement, variance — and a weekly P&L you can read in three minutes.

Every month, per store

Aggregator reconciliation

Sales recorded vs. commission deducted vs. amount deposited, per platform. Discrepancies raised with the platform on your behalf.

Master maintenance

Recipes and ingredients added, corrected or retired, so food cost in the POS means something.

Price movement list

Purchase prices that changed against the previous month — before they quietly eat your margin.

Variance report + weekly P&L

Where the month deviated, in AED, and why. Plus a weekly one-page P&L the way a group operations director would want it.

Fractional operations lead

For groups and absent owners, Run can extend into a fractional operations role: weekly manager call, counting and closing discipline, hiring support, supplier negotiations, and the owner meeting pack each month.

You get the cadence of a multi-site operations director without the salary.

Monthly Ops is priced per store per month on a subscription order form. Groups of three or more stores are quoted as a package.

Stop reading the numbers alone.

Most Run clients start with a Number Audit so month one begins from a clean baseline.
