Send last month's statements from all the delivery apps you use (Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, noon, Keeta or any other) and your POS sales. Within five working days you get one page: what was recorded, what was deducted, what was deposited, and the gap in AED with its cause. Free. No POS or bank access, just the documents.

Due = POS sales minus the contract commission. Both gaps claimed with the statements attached; credit notes pending.
This is the page you get back. One line per platform, the gap in dirhams, and what caused it. Sample data.
Last month's statement from every delivery app you use, whichever they are (PDF or a screenshot of the partner portal), the POS sales report for the same month, and the bank lines showing the payouts. WhatsApp or email is fine.
Sales recorded against commission deducted against the amount that actually landed, per platform, per day where the statement allows it. Refunds, adjustments and rate changes are listed separately.
Within five working days. If there is nothing to find, we say so and that is the end of it. If there is, the page includes the wording to raise it with the platform, and you decide whether you want it done every month.
Most owners who send the statements find a gap in the first month. The ones who do not sleep better.
